Return Policy:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Raspberry Rose will accept certain items for exchange or return (online only). Clothing, shoes, accessories and jewelry may be returned for a credit card refund within five (5) business days of the delivery date of your order with a sales receipt. A store credit or exchange will be given for items returned within ten (10) days of the delivery date of your order. For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) & retain your receipt. Raspberry Rose is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.

Sale items, lingerie, personalized items and special orders are FINAL SALE and not returnable for refund or store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Gifts may be returned for store credit or exchange for an item of equal or greater amount.

Repair policy:

All items needing repair are subject to repair and shipping fees. If you have an item that needs repair please fill out our Return Authorization form to begin the process.
